Why Co-ops Are the
Solution to Our Housing Crisis

YVONNE MULLEN
Town of Digby Provincial Volunteer Representative
Yvonne, a retired nurse, graciously and selflessly gives her time to our community. Yvonne is a very involved great grandparent and works hard to know what is going on in the school.
She attends all Digby Elementary Home and School and Student Advisory Council meetings and whenever possible helps with fundraisers and school events.
Yvonne volunteers with her church, Digby Scallop
Days, Wharf Rat Rally, Digby Housing Coalition, and Digby Family Centre.
If all that is not enough, Yvonne finds the time to crochet lap blankets for the QE2 Palliative Care Unit and knits hats for preemie baby’s at the IWK and chicks for the residents at Tideview Terrace for Easter.
Thank you Yvonne!
